My personal goal is to continue building my body, heart, & mind from the inside out, while sharing my journey in my classes and with my clients. My professional goal, as a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Zumba Instructor, and Silver Sneakers Instructor, is to encourage and guide you on your own journey.
