Personal Training
What it is…
In-person & online personal training services focusing on three important areas: strength, cardio, and flexibility.
All three will aid with improvement of your normal daily activities but also assist with any performance or training goals you may have.
With your Strength Workouts, we will work to build and maintain muscle. This will include resistance training with dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own bodyweight.
Cardio Workouts aid in increasing the strength and efficiency of the heart and circulatory system, which we will achieve through a variety of methods.
Flexibility Workouts, including stretching, help in a variety of ways including decreased soreness and improved performance.
Why it works…
All of The Body Quarry personal training programming is customized for each client. Programs will always be specifically to each individual, not cookie-cutter workouts, based on our initial consultation regarding goals and special medical considerations.
