The SilverSneakers® Well-Balanced program is a comprehensive 12-week offering that includes assessment, education, and exercises to help older adults reduce their risk of falls. Participants engaged in exercises designed to enhance strength, balance, coordination, reaction time, and flexibility/mobility.
Melanie currently leads this course at the Highland Family YMCA and will soon be offering it at the Highland Senior Center, both in Highland, California.
