Taking on a personal challenge such as this might be a tough task to stick to if you were doing it alone, but the accountability and camaraderie included here will be top-notch! This is an all-inclusive 33-day challenge all about upgrading ourselves and starting 2026 in the healthiest way possible.
Who Should Join:
A lot of effort and care is being placed into making this challenge robust and beneficial for you all… physically, mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually. There are no age-restrictions on who is able to join. In all stages of life, there are personal health goals that we have set for ourselves. I started Zumba about 6 months ago with Melanie and I enjoyed the classes. I joined the 33 day Health and Wellness challenge not knowing what to expect. I learned stretching, breathing, nutrition, and exercises, but most of all learning to focus more on myself. The challenges were done various times of the day, so there wasn't a set schedule. I liked Melanie's motivation and encouragement. I've been satisfied and enjoyed the the opportunity to participate in this 33 day challenge. If she offers this challenge again, I would participate again and recommend others to participate.

What really called me to Melanie’s challenge was that it wasn’t a wellness challenge just focused on weight loss and fitness. It focused on you as a whole-body, yes, but also mind and soul.
